Asylum

Foreign persons may be found eligible for refugee status or a grant of political asylum if he/she can credibly establish that he or she has suffered past persecution and/or has a "well founded fear of future persecution" on account of race religion nationality membership in a particular social group or political opinion if he or she were required to return to his/her country of citizenship. Although Global Immigration Partners understands the necessity and importance of this particular form of immigration relief, our office does not have the required personnel with up to date expertise for us to accept these cases.
