Frederick R. Troncone is the firm's founder and principal. The Firm is "Of Counsel" to the  International Trade Firm of Aitken Berlin, and is consultant to the Shanghai overseas Affairs Service Center.

Mr. Troncone has been admitted to law pratice since 1983.  He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and in 1997-98 served as the Chairman of the Hawaii Chapter of the AILA In 1998, Mr. Troncone relocated his Pacific Rim based Immigration law practice to Washington DC. With over a decade of experience as the Immigration Partner in, one of the oldest and largest general practice law firms located in Honolulu, Hawaii, Mr. Troncone has a wealth of experience in representing multinational companies and investors from Asia, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
